Hello everyone,

I want to reset my Terramaster F4-423 NAS to factory mode. I have removed all the disks and started the NAS but nothing happens, the screen remains gray and a blue circle spinning.

What can I do to recover the NAS?

I have cleared the browser cache and what I see is a 30 second countdown and the following message:
"No se ha detectado ningún disco duro.
Instale el(los) disco(s) duro(s) e inténtelo de nuevo."
