After this update I can no longer access my device, everytime I try it sits there and does nothing.

when I type in 192.168.0.104:8181 all I get is this "Loading..., Please wait!"

It sits at this screen and does nothing, I have done all the usual stuff and disabled AV apps, added device into firewall also tried other devices.

I installed and tried the TNAS PC app and the device shows up but is still inaccessible...

Please advise.

I have reset everything and left the power off in my apartment for 10 minutes.

I followed the instructions you supplied, nothing has changed, the one difference that I noticed is in a port scan the device shows up as follows but it never did before, what did the firmware change ?

is there a physical button to do a hard reset.. getting into the device to reset isnt an option

also I ping the device "ping -t 192.168.0.104 so it will continue pinging after 4 attempts, then I shut down the F5-422 and the ping stops, I did this to test and see if there was another device trying to use the ip. but there is not.

I see the F5 in my network neighbourhood but when I click it the device wont load in either Chrome or Edge

and before this update the device worked perfectly.

as you can see I am trying to troubleshoot as much as possible

1) I used another router
2) I used another PC
3) I tried hardwired/10gb and also a different port 1gb
4) I tried wireless

all attempts are having the same issue

Well this is getting ridiculous..

I have a 5 drive 20tb raid in my F5-422, only 9tb of this drive is in use, also I am upgrading from 5.1.67 to this version.

The upgrade went without error or issue, however it is still impossible to login

Why are none of my questions being answered, For example is there a hard reset button on the device ??????
