TOS 5.1 does not show volumes in the storage manager

It has been like this for days, regardless of utilization. There are, in fact, 9 volumes which are all accessible.
From the numerous topic posts and speeches you have posted, it can be seen that you are encountering a comprehensive problem.
We suggest that you generate and download the log report in TOS>Technical Support>Problem Report, and then send it to us as a network disk sharing link for analysis
This allows us to better and faster judge the problem and come up with a solution
