How do I schedule an Nbn speed test?

I have a new F2-210 on tos 4.x.x and is my first nas with docker and am a bit confused, trying to set up a scheduled speed test to monitor my nbn, if anyone could give me step by step instructions I would be very grateful, thanks

You might need to clarify Nbn
