I have two drives in my F2-223 raid box. Drive 1 boots and drive 2 was to be a media drive for an Emby server. With the 2nd drive I created a storage pool (single drive) then created a volume using the whole disk (18TB). I cannot see it in TOS File manager and I have to copy over a ton of media from a USB drive..It shows up in various control panel areas (volume, storage pool and HD diags).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please go to TOS Control Panel > Shared Folder, create a folder based on the new volume. Then you can read and write through shared folders.
