Dear support team.
I have RTL8812AU USB 3.0 dongle with wireless connection chip.
This USB dongle works well on windows 10 laptop, but Isn't recognized from my T2-221 TNAS system.
No led's blinking as is wasn't good for TOS operation system.
Can you give some detail to install it in my NAS?

Please make sure the USB WiFi Dongle you got is RTL8812AU but not RTL8812BU, please take some images of the chipset and show us.Please be noted it only support RTL8812AU chipset.

You need to double check again you are using correct USB dongle.
