After updating the application to version 1.2.85, some of the photos were spontaneously transferred to the “public space” section. After this, thumbnails are not displayed in the "public space". But the photographs themselves are available for viewing.
In the “personal space” section there are photos that are a backup copy created by the “TNAS mobile 3” mobile application and their thumbnails are displayed.
I tried uninstalling the app and clearing the data. Then I deleted and then again specified the folders with photos and videos and re-indexed them. Then, a system notification reported that file indexing was complete. But the Terra Photos application shows that the indexation is at the 99.79% stage and this message has been hanging for the second day.
How can I restore the display of thumbnails and return all photos to “personal space”? Thank you!

Thumbnails will be generated and displayed at the same time. You need to refresh to display the generated thumbnails. It is stuck at 99.7% because some pictures do not support the generation of thumbnails. Return photos to your personal space. You need to put all photos in the personal directory of home and then add them to the index directory.

It’s a pity that none of the official representatives of the Terramaster company wanted to leave a comment with a solution to my problem, or to admit that there was an error in the Terra Photos v program. 1.2.85 regarding the fact that thumbnails are not created in “public space”.
