Cannot create shared folder; error, busy

I tried to create a shared folder on a new volume. I kept getting an error when I tried to finish and now it just shows a 'working' screen (see attached). I imagine it is another TOS UI bug that can only be resolved by a reboot which is entirely too common in my 1 week of ownership.

Your system is stuck. Check the CPU usage and sort to see what processes are occupied.

Problem solved by using a different folder name. Apparently the shared folder name 'docker' exists/is reserved somewhere in the system but is not displayed in 'Shared Folders'
