TNAS Mobile 3.2.24 - Download and Filename issues

Hi,

I have TNAS Mobile 3.2.24 installed on Android 13 (official stable version) and the download feature doesn't work.
I just select a video file of 32 MB and click on "Download" option, but nothing happens.
If the file name contains single quotes, it shows me a warning (see attached picture).

The other problem (or limitation) is that the file name cannot contains some special characters, including single quotes.
It's OK, also in Windows OS some special characters are not allowed, but the single quotes are always supported and should be also allowed in TOS and TOS Mobile.
Also because, in TOS 5.1.67 File Manager, the single quotes are supported correctly.

Didn't any prompt pop up after you selected the video to download? You can go to the phone app settings to check whether storage permissions are disabled. The limitation on file names is because the TOS system tools do not support some characters.

Hi,

No popup is shown after click the "Download" button.
Into the Android 13 App manager I can only enable "Camera" and "Telephone" permission.
The "Storage" permission is completely missing and I cannot enable it.

Regarding the special characters question, it's not acceptable that "single at" is not supported\allowed in a modern NAS with modern OS.
I noticed the same problem (limitation) for TOS 4.2.x and TerraMaster Support wrote me that in TOS 5 they would have solved it.
But also TOS 5.1.x has the same limitation.
If development team need more time to analyze and implement the "single at" support in filenames, I can understand, but should be done in next updates.

Please reinstall the application. When you click download again, a page will pop up to allow storage. Please check Allow. Regarding the issue of special characters, we will discuss it, thank you for your feedback!

Hi, I reinstalled App 3 times with same result. Today I see that new version is available, 3.2.25, but I have the same issue of the "Download" feature and I cannot update because nothing happens after click on "Update" button. For your info, below you can see the App permissions.

Hi,
My phone is Realme GT Master Edition (also know as: Realme RMX3363) with Android 13 (realme UI 4.0).
The "Download" issue happens with all file types (I tried: PDF, DOC, MP3, JPG, MKV, AVI).

Hi, It was the first time I installed the new version of TNAS Mobile. This is the reason why I used the version 3.2.24 with a fresh installation. Now I removed the 3.2.25 (I updated from Google Play Store) and installed the version 3.2.22 and it works fine! Just for your information and check, below you can see the permissions of this version.

If I update to 3.2.25 (now also the update function works) the app still works fine, but the permissions are missing again.
