Help ! How i can recuperated my files :(

Hi, helpme pls
I had my PUBLIC folder with all my files, but I had to restart the entire source system, when I entered again I entered the shared folder but I cannot see the folder or the files that I had before, I checked the hard drive volume and if they are inside How can I see or recover those files?
