Problems with Plex

Hello.
I write here to request help with Plex
I have a NAS F210
My problem is that when I download Plex from the NAS it does it correctly but it doesn't run. It remains in a detained state.
I have tried to do it manually and it gives me an error.
I don't know what to do to make it work.
I have tried everything to reinstall it, pay and turn on...
The only fact is that it doesn't work for me since I put new hard drives in it to expand the storage.
I am updated to the latest version.
If you can help me. Thank you.

Please check if you have other services occupying port 32400.
You can try to repair possibly bad filesystems:viewtopic.php?f=79&t=2575
You can try a new library file:viewtopic.php?f=83&t=4772
It is recommended that you use the stable plex app version provided by the app center if possible. If you encounter problems when using the new version from plex.tv, we may not be able to provide support.

It takes time for plex to create a new library in /User/plex when it starts, please wait for a while.
