PLEX - Can't popolate photo library

Hi,
let me say I am very new to NAS.
The Terramaster F4-423 I just bought is my first NAS.
I have to confess, after having read many articles online, that along with the nas, I bought also a 1TB nvme drive, a 16gb ram module and a 32gb pen drive with the intention to immediately install Truenas.
But my curiosity suggested me to try TOS 5.1 before installing Truenas.
An I was surprised to see that my standard Crucial ram was recognized and I was able to install TOS 5.1 with no issues: many articles i read says that you're stuck with Terramaster ram module if you want to expand it, and other brands won't be accepted by TOS.
Not my case: I have now 20GB of ram with no troubles.
So I choose to give TOS a chance and I saw it's so simple, so user friendly and I kept going on.
I now have the TOS on the NVME, and 4 hdd (18tb, 8tb, 3tb and 2tb); i choosed to have 5 different single disks on different pools.
I thought I could use the left space on the NVME drive (more than 900gb) for Hyper cache, but it says I will loose all drive data, so I declined (if that's possible, please tell me).
I have configured TFM to backup my crucial folders over differend hdds, I configured my php driven web server, qBittorrent client always active, my shared folders for my family members with different quotas and permissions for personal data, shared media and so... in very little time.
I am very happy with TOS and I now want to experiment something new like a docker virtual machine.
So I am glad I don't have to dive into Truenas: TOS seems very user friendly and I could configure all I wanted very easily and fast.
The localization also is well made.
But there is a little think I still couldn't configure properly: Plex photo library.
No problem with Plex movie library or music library: they are working perfectly.
As I did with movies and music, I put all my photos in a dedicated shared folder named "Foto" (I'm italian), on the same volume.
I grant read permissions to "media" user group.
I propagated the permissions to all subfolders.
But still Plex keep saying the library is empty as I try to analyze it.
I tried to remove and re-create the library, change permissions to r/w to every user and user groups, but things didn't changed.
Before the nas, Plex server was installed on my windows 11 pc and movies, music and photos folders where on the same drive and Plex could serve them all propertly.
I would appreciate any suggestion.
