All of my docker images and running containers have disappeared! I haven't logged out or restarted and yet they have just vanished, after spending quite some time setting them up. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?

It's possibly the reason of Docker. We have contacted Docker to get the solution. I am afraid you should change to this server to set your image and container again.
