Update failed, how can I backup my data?

Hi, I have a TNAS F2-420 and yesterday I failed to update from 5.0.176 to the latest version, I think 5.1.41, and now I lost the access to my TNAS.
I have two HDD in RAID 0, 2TB each, that now are not accessible since update failed. I wanted to reinstall TOS 5.0.176 but in the installation process I read that reinstallation will wipe all the data on the drive.
So today I got an SSD and I installed TOS 5.1.41 on it and tried to insert the disks one by one to see if all the data showed up but it didn't, and if I want to add them as single disks TOS says all my data will be wiped.
So now I don't know what i have to do.
How can I backup my data?

Have you ever installed TOS 4.2.X on your old hard drive?
Since your array is RAID 0, you cannot separate the two hard drives for use.
If you have TNAS with 4 bays, you can use ssd to install the system, and then try to use three hard drives to boot together.
If you have a hard disk box or SATA cable, you can connect the hard disk to the computer, and then use data recovery software to back up the data, such as: Diskgenius, UFS explorer
If the data is very important and there is no backup, it is recommended that you find a data company.

Just a word (as much for the benefit of others) you need to follow the correct update path.
It's in the notes and other articles.

Yes, I installed 4.2.X and then I updated to 5.0, and my bad i didn't read the notes.
My TNAS is not 4 bays, is only two bays.
I apologize for writing that the two disks were in RAID 0, actually they are in RAID 1.
Does it change anything? What do I need to do now?

It can be known that your storage structure is not suitable for installing the new version of TOS5.1.x.
Since you have problems installing the latest version directly, it is recommended that you contact the technical support or customer service window and let the engineer check it.
If you want to use a higher version of TOS5.1.x
