BUG: Recycle Bin ALWAYS on despite turning it off in settings
Posted: 27 May 2020, 23:40
Running F4-210 with TOS 4.1.24
1. Create a new Shared Folder with "Enable Recycle Bin" UNCHECKED (greyed out)
2. Transfer a file to the new Shared Drive
3. Delete that file
4. File disappears from new Shared Drive but IS NOW IN THE RECYCLE BIN
Doesn't matter what Volume I do this on. Also happens for attached External Drives.
Not only does this presumably make file deletion take the same time as a Copy instead of just removing the file entry, it fills up my space.
