TNAS online, cannot get ID

Hi, does anyone have experience how to activate TNAS.online?

When I check the box and fill whatever an ID, there is not ID shown. When I store the status and close the window and then reopen the "remote access", the box checked disappears.

In short, I cannot get any ID for TNAS.online. Someone can help me? Thx

Device: F2-210
TOS: 4.2.43-
connected through LAN to a Vodafone-Router to the internet. The internet access is proved.
