Cannot access after update to 5.1.24

F5-221, got an email there was an update to it, so I ran it. I cannot access the WebUI or the shares but I can ping it.

Following an FAQ about this. TerraMaster sucks hard. I will never ever buy another product of theirs.

May I ask if you have read the precautions in the update release note before updating?
