Timeline not ok. I see a white screen and after a time i have a message on chrome : not response

Does it happen under certain circumstances?
Please provide TOS version and app version.
Please make sure that your computer has enough computing resources for the browser. When the computing resources are insufficient, the monitoring interface running on the browser may be abnormal.

I try with Chrome and firefox idem (with a core i7 and 16Gb)
I'm on 5.1.40 and last version of Surveillance.
Not particular circumstances. I only click on Timeline
