Fist off, I'll say that I do not know much about my F2-210 as this is my first NAS (Wanted it more as a Plex Server, on the cheap.)
I'm finding that my transfer speeds are absolutely miserable. 1.3 to 1.4 MB/s. I'm moving my files from a WD MyCloud to my new F2-210 direct. SHould I be moving them off the WD first and then uploading to the F2-210?

Any help is appreciated.

Not able to tell where is the issue, but the speed is far from normal.
You can upload from your PC to verify if there is any issue on your network or your F2-210. Regarding your WD, we have no idea about it.
