I have created 2 separate volumes and storage pools. When I browse to my IP address I only see my shared folders on one of the raidsets but how do I set up access to the other one?

You should create shared folder on volume 2 to access it. Please go to TOS control panel - privileges - shared folder to create a new folder and you can choose the location as volume 2 then.
