I observed very high cpu load (99-100%) when running a rsync transfer (via 10G Interface 150-200MB/s) on my t9-450 as target. The rsync process itself was consuming 45-49% as shown in ressource monitor. In this time other applications were slow at all. Is this a "normal behavior" or is there a way to limit cpu usage for rsync?
