Power Surge Reset TNAS105 Server - Came Back Only 2 of 5 Drives Recognized

So I had a power surge that reset my TNAS105 and it recognized only 2 of the 5 installed 16tb drives.

I let it erase and reconfigure the 2 drives which it did as RAID 1 and I left the other 3 drives in the server since it was causing no harm for them to be there, and maybe they even come back alive at some point.

Several weeks later I suddenly get this notification that there is now a "volume 2" with the other three drives recognized as healthy once again.
Is there any chance to rebuild the original RAID 6 back again? How do I best resolve this?
The drives are Seagate IronWolf Pro 16TB NAS Internal Hard Drive HDD – CMR 3.5 Inch SATA 6GB/S 7200 RPM 256MB Cache for Raid Network Attached Storage, Data Recovery Rescue

Volume #1 Good (RAID 1)
Used space 1.56 TB 10%
Free space 12.8 TB

Volume #2 13% (RAID 6) Hard drive is missing! <-- now Volume 1
Used space 5.74 TB
Free space 37.51 TB

NOTE: I do not get the EDIT option from the Control Panel "Storage Pool" option - just the DELETE or INFO options.
