A few days ago I updated Plex.
Before Plex started when I turned on the Tnas but since the update Plex does not activate automatically. I have to activate it manually.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same.

Which TOS version?

TOS 5.1.24

What is the Plex version? Is it the latest version from the official Plex website or the stable version from the App Center? We have not verified similar issues so far. Maybe you can try to update TOS. If updating to the latest version of TOS still does not work, this may be caused by some unknown reason. You can try to collect a system log report (TOS-Technical Support-Report Issues), and send it to support(at)terra-mster.com through the cloud disk sharing link to analyze the problem. If necessary, we can ask engineers to help you troubleshoot remotely .

Same problem, all in latest version and after startup the plex server is inactive.

I can confirm I am experiencing the same issue since updating to TOS 5.1.24.
I have installed Plex from the TOS App Center - I believe it is version 4.100.1

Does anyone have any fixes for this?

Update to 5.1.34 at least

I have upgraded to version 5.1.37 and no longer have that problem. But now I have lost all the data from the hard drive. Luckily I had a copy of almost everything.
