Unable to access LAN resources using OpenVPN Server

Hello,
I have the F-223, and I so far love it. I have one remaining issue that is bugging me and that I am not able to resolve: Upon attaching to the NAD which functions as a VPN server, I am not able to access any LAN resources. I have attempted to set up IPSec/L2TP, and I’m not able to connect via that method from my iPhone at all. I set up OpenVPN, and was successful there (connection via external and internal network). I have a port forward file on my router so that shouldn’t be the issue, but I’m not able to access any other devices in my LAN or the NAS when connected via OpenVPN. The firewall on the NAS is currently set to allow all traffic from all to all.
