Plex can't see my 2nd volume

I tried updating Plex a while back and ho boy that was a mess as it said operation failed and completely messed up my server. But I upgraded from 4 something to now 5.1.24. Now updated and Plex working...it wont see Volume 2. Which in a dumb move because I couldn't find it I deleted and readded Volume 2 (so I lost everything on there but I digress) Anyways I've tried everything and can't seem to be able to add it to plex. Current settings below.
