How do you test updates before release???!!!

I got a white screen when upgrading from 5.1.31 to 5.1.33. Rebooting doesn't help. De-energizing does not help. The system is installed on SSD M2. I even extracted all the HDD and tried to start it, but still - a white screen!!!

How can I install the previous version now if the system doesn't boot??? Disassemble the NAS and remove the SSD M2?

What to do???

Such an issue does not happen in our lab, this should be a special case. do you mind having a remote session with our tech team to check the issue?

You may need to wait for a while before the system respond. sometimes the system responds slowly or is checking this file system.

My adaptive load balancing has dropped to speeds of:

Lan 1 - 100Mbps
Lan 2 - 1000Mbps

Bandwith 1100Mbps

This was previous 1000/1000. I have tried to delete and setup again but does not change.

All connected to Gigabit connections

I checked the source code of the white page in the browser and see this:

<body class="overBody"><noscript><strong>We're sorry but TOS5 doesn't work properly without JavaScript enabled. Please enable it to continue.</strong></noscript><div id="app"></div><script src="js/chunk-vendors.2d7f5521.js"></script><script src="js/app.fadfe3e2.js"></script></body></html>

TNAS PC notifies the status: Ready. However, authorization via TNAS PC freezes. Windows Explorer opens the system disk, but it is empty.
