Post Update from 4.2.40 to 5.0 files missing/not showing

I just updated from 4.2.40 to 5.0 and I am unable to see any of my files in the file manager. Is there something that I need to do to bring the files into the TOS? I appreciate any help that can be provided. Thanks!

update

I did a shared folder restore to in the control panel and then did a reboot of the NAS. Now all folders are displaying properly. Thankfully I didn't lose my 3TB of Plex movies.
