Raid Manager will not launch

I have a D5-300c DAS on Windows PC. I originally set it up on RAID 1 with 2 SSDs in slot 1 and slot 2. I want to add a HDD to an empty slot but the Raid Manager program will not open. I try to open the RAID Manager program as Administrator, it asks for permissions to change settings, I click YES and then nothing. The app never opens. I have redownloaded the windows version from here https://support.terra-master.com/downlo ... uct=D5-300 but it still will not open. I checked my Windows Defender settings and firewall and it is not blocked. How can I get my Raid Manager to open?
