Has this issue been resolved? What is the solution to this issue? I have the same problem. Terramaster Raid manager software does not detect my device. Windows File Explorer has no issues reading and writing into drives, so I know that my D5-300C is working fine and all five hard drives in it are fine.

Please share the solution.

Generally speaking, if this disk is enterprise-level or nas dedicated, it is available, but we cannot guarantee compatibility.

Hi All. I have the same problem. My setup was created with RAID manager version 0.09.65 on a Mac running High Sierra. I now moved to a new Mac running Catalina and downloaded the new version from your site (0.09.78). However, the manager doesn't recognise the RAID setup. The DAS works fine though. Anyway, I can resolve the issue?
