Can't access TOS and possibly missing a volume?

I can't seem to access TOS: https://imgur.com/a/eNPkE0P

but services like Sonarr are running: https://imgur.com/a/ovIbSKx

also Portainer: https://imgur.com/a/QUsaptG

but Plex is complaining it can't find the drive(s): https://imgur.com/a/rbtihzI
