I have a Terra master F2-210 TOS 4.1.24-2005180955.
TNAS PC works correctly and I access all my data.
However in the control panel I can not make any changes .
In software update ,online or manual update impossible Browse and not possible to Apply.
I would like to upgrade to version 4.2.40 is there a solution without losing my data.

Firstly, you can try changing the browser. If you can choose to update the package, it is recommended that you backup the data and update it in the order of 4.1.24>4.1.27>4.1.32>4.2.40：viewtopic.php?f=76&t=1064
If it still doesn't work, you can choose to reset the system configuration and update it or reinstall the system after restoring the factory settings: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=423

I don’t have a browser problem because I have a terramaster F5-221 with a TOS 4.2.40 that works really well
that I modify without problem.
I hope not to lose my data in manipulation.
