Failed to create a RAID on TerraMaster USB storage device?

If you have installed hard drives into TerraMaster USB storage device, the drive indicators green, and all drives show working well, but you failed to create a RAID, please try following solution:
Step 1: Rotate the switch’s pointer to SINGLE mode；
Step 2: Press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds (until the HDD indicators turn to red from green)；
Step 3: After about 1 second, the HDD indicators will turn to green from red. Rotate the switch’s pointer to your desired RAID mode；
Step 4: Press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds (until the HDD indicators turn to red from green)；
Step 5: After about 2 seconds, the HDD will indicators turn to green from red. RAID creation is complete.
