If your TerraMaster USB storage device has been well setup, but it randomly disconnects from your computer. Please try following solutions:
1. Use the original USB cable or replace your USB cable and try again;
2. Check whether you are using a USB 3.0 / USB 3.1 high-speed interface, change a computer's USB port and try again;
3. Make sure the connection is not being influenced by a USB hub or docking station;
4. Reinstall the official USB interface driver provided by the computer manufacturer;
5. Replace the hard drive and try again;
