Model U12-423
TOS version: 5.1.29-00343
iSCSI Manage version 2.5.54

I have created Target and associated a LUN with it.
One of ethernet port is dedicated specifically for iSCSI
Image
Initiator also has a dedicated network adapter with an IP (10.61.16.233) on the same subnet.
I can successfully telnet from the Initiator to the Target IP port 3260. But

Code: Select all

iscsiadm -m discovery -t st -p 10.61.18.233
returns

Code: Select all

iscsiadm: No portals found
I tried iscsiadm -m discovery -t st -p 10.61.18.233 from TNAS itself (over ssh) with the same result. Can anyone point me in right direction?

Your problem has not been reproduced in our lab, can you make an appointment for a technical engineer to check it remotely for you? You can find contact details in my signature.

Thank you. I'll try to contact a technical engineer next week. I think it is something with the network on this particular NAS. We have another U12-423 and I have no problems connecting it from same Initiator

Try setting it to use "All network interfaces", rather than just LAN1. I have had similar issues under TOS5.1, where enabling just one NIC in the target settings results in no access to ISCSI.
