FTP uploaded Files not showing up in file manager

I have identified an issue where file manage is not seeing files uploaded via FTP. These files are being direct uploaded to the server via FTP.
When logging into either the admin account or the direct account setup for the FTP uploads I show nothing in the folder when looking through File manager on the TOS5 system.
When connecting through a folder on the computer I am able to see the folders and all of the files that have been FTP uploaded. Same thing if I connect using an FTP client.
