does not work mariadb

I have installed mariadb to configure nextcloud, but the access to the database is impossible and the online support was not able to solve it. Can someone help me with this issue, it always times out and has no successful connection, the password was updated. (It doesn't work or create the database, or user) @terramaster has very obsolete support

Which TOS Version are you running? Which hardware?
I recently had some issues with MariaDB on F5-221 and had to go through some pain until I solved everything...

I'm running the F2-210, the problem is that I have mariadb, when installing any application in Dockker, it doesn't allow me to connect, do you know anything about how to do it?

My usual approach whenever there is an issue with an app is to first uninstall and reinstall the app. Or update to the latest version of the app.
