I have a brand-new unit. It has two brand new 6TB drives in it.
It's a week old.
Every two minutes, the drives power down, then another minute or two goes by, and it spins back up again.
I'm on a MacBook Pro. I have no ability to control energy savings on the drives - WHAT is going on!?

May be the power button is faulty, please contact the service team to have a new replacement.
