SMB is very slow

Hello,
unfortunately since the update to 5.1.24 SMB is very slow. Several restarts of the F2-220 brought no improvement. At first I thought it was TerraPhotos. I turned on face recognition there. But I turned this off. No improvement. The data transfer rate is around 150 - 500 kb/s. There is simply nothing more to it.
However, after a restart, the speed is higher for the first one or two minutes. Since I reach around 1-2 mb/s.
Can I downgrade to the 5.0.xx version?

I have two (TERRAMASTER F5-221) units with the same hardware... The attached photo shows a LAN speed test from my workstation to each unit... I am strongly considering dropping the TOS; in favor of (Windows Server 2019 core); running storage spaces (mirrored); with (deduplication); and much better transfer speeds...
