Can't log in

Hello,

I'm trying to log in (I just reset my password) using the web, and I'm getting "Verification code error". I've already restarted the NAS to see if I can get the verification code prompt to go away, but it still asks for it. I've tried multiple times, but I can't get the log in to accept the verification code (captcha) provided. How can I address this problem?

The IP of the device you are currently logged in may have been locked. Please try to log in with another computer, then go to Control Panel--Security--Account, click "Banned List" to delete the blocked IP.

Thank you. I'll definitely check that. After a day of letting it rest, it stopped asking for the verification code, and login+password allowed me to log back in.
