Dropbox Sync not working

Hello all. running into a snag here.

After backing up my NAS to a dropbox and having to wipe my NAS due to technical difficulties I am trying to get everything downloaded back on my f2-210 NAS

So i'm using the dropbox sync with the type set to "download from cloud only" which I am taking to mean that the NAS will download the content to the local disk but not upload anything

Its been running a couple days now though and there's been no changes in the TOS "Used Space" on disk field. and in the Logs for Dropbox Sync theres absolutely nothing that has been downloaded

Am I doing this wrong? or is the sync not working somehow.

Is there another way to download my content from my dropbox without having to download it to my PC then move the files to my NAS?
