I bought my f5-221 2 years ago and it has stopped working. It will not power on. When you unplug and put the power plug back in the lights come on the front for a second then nothing. Am gutted . Have 5 drives installed with 20tb of storage and no way to access them. Anybody any ideas what it can be.

Are you using the original adapter?

yes i am. i was streaming and it just turned off. Like i said when you put the power cable back in it lights up for a split second. It will power on when the drives are not in but cannot get into it at all using desktop access

i did try the cmos reset and new battery but still nothing
