unable to delete file

i have sub folder in the admin main folder so it have read and write permission however when i try to delete files in the sub folder the files still remain, meaning the delete operation does nothing to it

I can delete those files using the mobile app but i can't delete them on my pc via tos/desktop???

*TNAS f5-221 running TOS 5.1.24,
*login to TNAS via web browser, from then try to use File Manager app to manage files and the problem i have is that i can't delete any file or folder, while i can cut and past the file from one folder to another without any problem but i just can't delete it. I can delete that same file successful it i do so via TNAS mobile app. I have refreshed the web browser, rebooted TNAS, same problem,.
I have seek for help via live chat and yet prob still has not resolved.

Try editing the shared folder permissions and tick the option to inherit permissions when editing. If this still doesn't work, contact the technical support team to look at it remotely.

Folder is not shared and as Admin, admin has full permission for it
Also where to so select inherit persimiison?

Right-click on the folder, view its properties, and edit permissions.
