As the subject suggests, I have no option to 'create' a shared folder i.e. I am in control panel > privileges > Shared folder and I can only see the following options along the bar:

Refresh
Edit
Delete
Key
Advanced

I've only just bought this F4-423 NAS and just trying to setup but then I can't even create shared folders. Please help.

Have you created any storage pool and volume on your disks? how many disked you installed? what RIAD has been configured? Is the storage pool in RIAD syncing?
