Stuck at 0% progress when installing TOS?

Fault phenomenon
A few users are stuck at 0% progress when installing TOS using automatic mode.
Failure causes
Due to network reasons, TNAS did not request successfully to the download server.
Countermeasures
If you encounter this problem, please refresh the TOS initialisation page, follow the instructions to download the .ins installation package for the corresponding model from the TerreMaster website, select manual mode and complete the installation of TOS by uploading the installation package.
