FTP Certificate on F2-NAS2

Hello,

I have an old and reliable F2-NAS2 unit, running firmware V2.514

I have just encountered a problem with the FTP connections, the certificate is now out of date and does not recreate when I GENERATE CERTIFICATE from the Security Settings.

Is it due to the 2020 roll over?

Is there any way I can get and load a certificate into the unit to continue to use it?

Any advice welcomed.

Thanks
Chas

Hi,
1. We have terminated the technical support and maintenance services for these products (F2-NAS2, F4-NSA).
2. As there may be a risk of data loss due to equipment failure, we recommend that you back up your data as soon as possible. At the same time, it is recommended that you replace the new device to enjoy more powerful performance and richer functions. We provide old users with the service of trade-in and the old products can be used to deduct part of the cost of replacing the new machine.
Replacement options:
F2-NAS 2 can be replaced with F2-221
F4-NAS can be replaced with F4-221
3. If you need to know the replacement cost and implementation details, please contact after-sales service team (https://www.terra-master.com/global/contact-us/)
