won't pass "desktop" with zebra stripe

So I'm trying to install this and it only saw 3 of my 4 drives...
1. so I stopped and tried to contact live chat support.... which is broken.
2. So then I emailed but they are on the exact opposite side of the world than I am, so they are sleeping.
3. They want to enter my computer to look but the hours they are working are the hours I am off work but several hours going into sleep time.
4. So I thought I would take the NAS to my home since it has usb, so they could go into from their rather than me having to stay at my office until Midnight for them to be able to see it.
5. Wrong, it has a usb port but you can't connect to it via usb, has to be ethernet
6. So I connected it to the network again and thought I'd give it another shot. I took out the drives, reput them in, turned it on.
7. Now I have this screen that it wont get passed.....

Can any one help or do I need to return this thing?Image

1. Log in with another browser.
2. Restart the device.
