Cannot access home directory via AFP but works in SMB

Hi,
Is there any reason why my home folder is not showing in AFP but shows in SMB after the latest TOS update? i'm using TOS 4.2.40.
I believe I've seen other users facing the same issue here - viewtopic.php?f=23&t=3355
I wanted to reply there but thread is locked.
Any ideas? Can I downgrade?
