Disable checks at startup?

Hi, all disks I have are configured as a single disk. I would like to disable the raid checks at the system startup and make it boot faster. I have my data backuped. Any suggestion of which files should I look at?

The OP question was posted over 2 years ago. It didn't have an answer then and does not merit one now given that the operating system has moved on a little since then.
