Can't find Plex database files

I have Plex on my NAS and about to upgrade the hard drive, but I can't seem to access the database files. They supposedly are found at:/home/plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Databases, but I do not have a home folder in my accessible folders. I know there is a root directory where my shared drive is:/mnt/md0/appdata/Media/ but the furthest up I can access is the appdata folder. How to get the higher up folders?
