Can't see Subfolders after updating to TOS 5

Hi I've updated to TOS 5 and can no longer see my subfolders for plex.
They're under \Volume1\Public\Plex which I can see but then I can't see any folders below that when I attempt to add my library
help appreciated!

Further update - despite moving all folders into a folder it can see, Plex isn't picking anything up?

Sounds like a permissions or ownership problem... you might want to SSH in and compare the permission on your top folder with the lower level ones.

Please go to Control Panel - User Group, edit "media", and set the read and write permissions of the “public” shared folder for the media user group.

Brilliant thank you! I can now see the folder but it won't let me add it as a pathway!
I've added the path for the library and it says "Your changes could not be saved"? Any other advice?
